Rare mitotic activity is appreciated in the lower third of the epithelium. Mild nuclear atypia (hyperchromasia and mild nuclear enlargement in the lower third of the epithelium) is present.
			Dyskeratotic cells are seen focally. Parakeratosis is present. Koilocytes are seen focally.
